About

Hi, I’m Trine, I’m an actress and a drama therapist dedicated to guiding individuals and groups through drama therapy. In my practice, I use theater as a bridge between the reality of everyday life and the therapeutic space, fostering creativity and personal growth.

My approach is rooted in the exploration of emotions, behaviours, and expression through a range of theatre methods and techniques. By experimenting with various roles, I help individuals uncover and share their stories. Central to my work is a deep respect for what makes each person unique, coupled with a commitment to solutions that go beyond a diagnose.

My passion for inclusive theatre began in London, where I collaborated with Angel Shed Theatre to develop inclusive drama workshops for children. This experience inspired me to create spaces where everyone feels welcome and valued, regardless of their background or abilities. As a mother of two, including a son with autism, I witness daily how meaningful and empowering creative expression can be.

In addition to therapeutic sessions, I offer drama workshops. My mission is to provide a safe, supportive environment where everyone has the freedom to experiment, grow, and express themselves.

I hold a degree in drama from Liverpool John Moores University and completed my professional training in drama therapy at Artevelde University of Applied Sciences in Ghent. Beyond my work at 3house, I also provide drama therapy at Multiversum Psychiatric Center, where I support adolescents with mental health challenges. During my training, I completed a clinical internship at UPC Duffel, working with adults diagnosed with borderline personality disorder (BPD).
